Refund Policy: All credit card refunds are subject to a 3% credit card fee being non refundable!

Deposits and Payments:  All bookings must be done on our website with a $500 deposit via credit card. ALL TRIPS MUST BE PAID IN FULL 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE. We accept cash and credit card for final payments.

PRIVATE CHARTER Cancellation/Reschedule/Refund Policy:  CUSTOMER BASED Cancellation of a trip with less than 7 days notice will result in loss of your $500 deposit for that date. (Excluding cancelations made by the Captain due to sea conditions) We fish in rain or shine, cold or hot. There are absolutely no refunds for a completed fishing trip. This includes partially completed trips ended early due to sea sickness, weather, personal preference of the customer, or any other reason.

SPLIT CHARTER Cancelation/Reschedule/Refund Policy: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR RESCHEDULING FOR SPLIT CHARTERS. If you book a split charter with us please make sure that date will definitely work for you! Split charters create a logistical nightmare if we have people changing their mind last minute. If the trip is not full 12 hours before your scheduled departure, you will be notified of the trip being cancelled. If your trip is cancelled by the captain due to it not being full, or marine conditions, you will be offered the option of rescheduling or a refund! The boat will not return to land early for sea sickness, PLEASE TAKE MOTION SICKNESS MEDICINE THE NIGHT BEFORE THE TRIP AND MORNING OF THE TRIP IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT SEA SICKNESS!!!
